With a sensibility of wry humour, it chronicles the 1953 reaction and power struggle to the death of Joseph Stalin in the Soviet Union among his lieutenants vying to succeed him and consolidate their legacies. A riotous and unexpectedly cogent movie. Starring Steve Buscemi, Simon Russell Beale, Jeffrey Tambor, Michael Palin, and Jason Isaacs.
Showtime begins at 6:00 pm with a discussion afterwards at about 7:45.
