Home Delivery Service is a free, personalized library service to your home, provided by the Moose Jaw Public Library.
Library staff selects materials based on a profile provided by the user. Deliveries are made on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
This service is available for Moose Jaw residents, who for reasons of illness, disability, age or other underlying circumstances, are unable to visit the Library.
To describe the selections available, we would have to say... If we have it in the Library, you can have it at home. This includes books, both fiction and non-fiction, paperbacks, books and music on CD, films on DVD or Blu-ray, magazines, and video games.
If you have difficulty using regular sized print material, ask about talking books (books recorded on CD's) or large print books.
Call 306-692-2787 and ask for Home Delivery Service, formally known as the Outreach Service. According to a schedule and based on a profile of your reading interests, Library staff will select materials and have them delivered to you. You can start the sign up process by downloading the registration form and filling it out today.
You can call the Library at 306-692-2787 and ask for Home Delivery Service. The process to get someone signed up is the same, except the information on the form is that of the person receiving the material, not the caregiver.
