Join us to celebrate Saskatchewan Library Week and learn how your library can open doors for you!
Saskatchewan Library Week (SLW) is a province-wide, annual event that promotes the wonderful resources and services that libraries have to offer. This week-long event is held the third week in October each year and celebrated throughout the province in all types of libraries, in both urban and rural communities, and by all age groups.
Saskatchewan Library Week will take place from October 12-18, 2025. This year’s theme, “Libraries Open Doors,” celebrates libraries as accessible and welcoming spaces, filled with a lifetime of opportunities and resources.
The Saskatchewan Library Association (SLA) has proudly presented this celebration since 1976.
Join us to celebrate Saskatchewan Library Week at the Moose Jaw Public Library and learn how your library can "Open Doors" for you. There will be refreshments, space to visit, and opportunities to learn about the many resources our library offers. The space will also host a special part of the Friends of the Library sale.
This is a drop-in, come & go event and all are welcome.
