An insightful look at the unique artistry and history of hand-drawn animation through the identity crisis it underwent as the film industry transitioned to CGI, Pencils vs. Pixels explores via a wide array of commentators the evolution of this monumental shift, as well as its effects on artists and the art form itself. A love letter to a revolutionary craft that might be gone but not forgotten.
Showtime begins at 6:00 pm.
