Movie: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
One of the great alternative holiday movies of the 2000s, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is the darkly comic story of a thief masquerading as an actor playing a detective, and alongside his private eye tutor getting caught up in a real murder mystery involving an ex-girlfriend in Hollywood at Christmastime. The directing debut of Shane Black, it is a sharp-tongued and joyous send-up of film noir tropes in a modern setting and stars Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer as its central mismatched duo.
Showtime begins at 6:00 pm with a discussion afterwards at about 7:45.
