Join us the last Thursday of every month as we showcase documentaries that rarely make it to theatres or public showings.
Movie: Crospey
Part examination of a New York urban legend, part true crime exposé, 2009’s Cropsey, a film by Joshua Zeman, is a fascinating blend of documentary genres that blurs the lines between real horror stories and the myths made up to sometimes account for them. Blunt and disturbing, it is considered one of the great true crime docs of the 2000s.
