Beautify your yards, learn more about bees, and swap seeds!
Join guest speaker Naomi Hunter, an experienced landscaper and naturalist, as she shares about natural landscaping--an environmentally friendly approach to landscaping that emphasizes the use of indigenous plants to create sustainable and vibrant outdoor spaces.
Wild About Moose Jaw will also do a short presentation on bees.
We will finish the afternoon with a seed exchange*. Participating in a seed exchange is an excellent way to enhance natural landscaping efforts. Trade seeds, share knowledge, and gain access to a diverse range of plant species. By engaging in a seed exchange, you not only enrich your own garden but also contribute to the broader goal of creating more resilient and ecologically balanced landscapes.
*Please only bring native seeds.
