Join us the last Thursday of every month as we showcase documentaries that rarely make it to theatres or public showings.
Movie: Kedi
One of the interesting qualities of the city of Istanbul, Turkey is that it is home to thousands of feral cats –and they are the subject of Ceyda Torun’s 2016 documentary Kedi, which uses several of these cats as a lens through which to examine the city, its everyday motions, and its people via their relationship to the cats. One of Time magazine’s top ten films of that year.
Showtime begins at 6:00 pm.
